Azadi Cinema Complex

This complex was designed and constructed in the former location of Shahre Farhang and Shahre ghese cinemas and its client is Tehran Municipality Cultural Spaces Development Company (affiliated with Tehran Municipality).

Azadi cinema was designed and constructed in 2007. Its field area is approximately 2000 square meters. This 9-story cinema complex contains 2-storeis underground, one ground floor and 6-stories aboveground (area: more than 12000 square meters). This cinema complex has 5 cinema halls.

Cinema halls’ capacity are more than 1600 individuals. This cultural complex was equipped with the most modern sound and video equipment.

In addition to cultural areas, this complex has significant numbers of commercial spaces, restaurant and bank.
